WeightMania™ accommodates almost any workout or diet plan, and it's great for low carb. diets like Atkins and South Beach!  And now it's even faster and easier to use.  Based on six months of direct feedback from users, we've just released version 1.2.  We consulted with personal trainers and dietitians, added powerful new tools, and focused on ways to reduce typing and give you more results.

The screen below shows a sample of meals and snacks recorded for one day.  Track servings, calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, sugar, sodium, cholesterol and fiber.  Create your own custom food database, or lookup foods in the 7000 food USDA database provided.  You can share custom databases and programs with other family members too.

Record meals in one mouse click!  Weightmania™ provides a tool that automatically looks up and enters each food and all of its nutrients for you.  You can also copy and paste meals or entire tables from other days.  As you enter food, total nutrients are calculated at the bottom.  Accurately track nutritional intake, visualize what you eat, and immediately know when you've reached your goals. 


Track multiple workouts per day.  The screen below shows three workouts recorded on one day – a running workout, cycling workout and weight lifting workout for arms.  Each workout has its own file tab.  Workout tabs can be cut, copied, pasted and renamed.  Save time entering workouts by creating pre-defined programs.  Later, entire workouts can be inserted with one mouse click!
