SimDisc: SimDisc copies the whole content of a CD or DVD to your hard disk, creating a so-called virtual CD or DVD respectively. During creation of the virtual disc, SimDisc uses the full set of features available for the particular reading device.

### SimDisc comes with a highly effective archival tool for managing your virtual CDs and DVDs on hard disk, CD, DVD or other mass storage devices which even allows to attach additional files like patches or comments and individual comments.

### SimDisc creates virtual CD/DVD drives on the users computer. These work together with the virtual CDs and DVDs created by SimDisc to allow access to the data stored on them, without the need of recording the virtual discs back to physical media. Of course, SimDisc allows for management of the virtual drives, as well.

### SimDisc recognizes basically all CD-RW and DVD writers available on the market.

### With SimDisc, it is for example rather simple to collect all parts of a series of games on a single DVD or just the six-pack of CDs of just one up-to-date game. These backup copies can then be used along with the virtual drives through the concise virtual disc archive management tool which assists you with all actions.
