Royal Escort is a strategy
game based on the time of castles and kings. You control the kingdom's army
in an attempt to rescue the king and queen while your opponents attempt to
do the same with their king and queen. Each unit has a certain amount of
movement and damage that it can take. Units can be healed by priests. Each
player starts with a castle which can be defended by posting archers on the
walls, having peasants dump boiling oil over the side of the castle, and by
blocking the gate with heavily armored soldiers or calvary. Special units
include catapults and outer walls. Comes with 20 scenarios (with more
available from the website), a full tutorial, and a custom scenario maker.
