Depending on your personal learning style, you can select 3 different ways to use MDS: Manually start MDS and let it run throughout the day. Using our unique 'Verse Reminder Technology', you will be reminded to meditate on a new scripture every 15 minutes (range is 1 minute to 4 hours). Start MDS automatically when you log into your computer. Start MDS using the scheduling feature. This option lets you select specific times throughout the day when you want to meditate on a scripture. You can also combine these to suit your style.
