Tiff image geo-referencing and contour tracing utility. This utility allows users to enter co-ordinates for known points on a TIFF image. It computes affine transform coefficients which can be saved with the image as GeoTiff tags. This allows the image to be used with many Geographical programs which support this format. The contour tracing feature of the utility can be used to produce Microsft Access (Jet) format databases) of the xyz co-ordinates of linear features on the image.
