Descriptions
DiceBlaster/PalmOS: The game of Dice Blaster begins with a puzzle consisting of a square
array of dice arranged on a checkerboard table. The object of the
game is to remove all of the dice from the game board.
To pick a die, place the mouse cursor over it and click the left mouse
button. The pips on the selected die will release and shoot on a vector
in the direction from the center of the die toward the pip location on the
die. The first die that a pip encounters along this vector will be
destroyed and thus removed from the board.
Picking a die with a center pip (1, 3, or 5) will also cause the die itself
to be destroyed (self-destruct). Picking a die without a center pip (2, 4,
or 6) shoots its' pips and causes the die to become pipless. It won't be
removed from the board and will not be able to shoot again.
Play continues until all dice are pipless (in which case you failed to complete the puzzle) or until
there are no more dice on the board (in which case you have successfully completed the puzzle).
Game play is actually much simpler than this explanation makes it seem, yet the puzzles can be
very challenging. Give it a try, you'll understand how things work in only a few minutes.
