It is a user-defined, client-side portal, which resides on a PC, and which also has the ability to restrict Web access to only those sites which are listed by a supervisor, such as a parent. The supervisor has complete control over which Web sites are available, and the user's 'Personal Portal' is updated automatically after any changes.
