Descriptions
Benz Dreirad 3D MODEL:
This three-wheel car was constructed by Karl Benz in 1985. In October
of the same year the inventor tested it, and in January of the following
year he got the patent DRP # 37435. Today the one who is not very
experienced in engineering can hardly see a car in this strange carriage.
However, the fact is that we represent the very first car in the world,
and this is officially confirmed by the patent. It was operated by a
four-cylinder four-cycle engine, which had an electrical ignition and a
vaporizing carburetor. The cooling of the engine was done by way of
sprinkling. The back axis was connected to a tubular frame by a
suspension leaf, and the forward wheel was not cushioned. Transmission was
executed through a belt gear, and the drive of each of two conducting
back wheels through the chain gear.
